Stream blocked by CS - can't get paid

 I sent an invoice so that I can get paid and this appeared:

The specific Stream has been blocked because Matt V. is no longer an active member of PPH.
Need some help? Contact our amazing Customer Support Ninjas.

How am I now gonna be paid?
