PayPal charged twice
Dear Payment Officer,
While performing deposit payment, the PayPal has been charged twice.
I Can provide the PayPal details by e-mail.
Though I don't even see these funds at my PPH account.
How can I contact payment team to return funds or to move funds for another project?

Ohanians , because peopleperhour is an absolute mess. Today they charged me the 24% twice in the same month. they are so quick to take their fees and charge you on everything they like but they will take as long as they want to resolve issues and to reply to any support emails...
They charge you on accepting the job, they charge you on canceling the job, they charge you for openning a dispute, they chay charge you for you withdrawal...
next thing we know is that they will start charging us for browing their website as well... (there you go PPH, just gave you an idea there for charging people for yet another thing).
Note to PPH, this is a way of living for us freelancers and some of us including myself earn our living doing what we do and we don't expect things like this to happen with our earnings. all you are doing is just simply pushing us away and you are doing a great job of that too.
