If you mean - you have done the work and don't know how to send it back to the client - go to the workstream and click on 'Attach Files.'

You say there are no qualified freelances, but most of the proposals are not seen by the client, and are never awarded. If they don't revise the proposals, how could they/you conclude the blame is of lack of qualified freelancers?? And there are not so many proposals, come on.....

I've posted projects on here myself and have been absolutely appalled by the responses.  Replies are from people with absolutely no industry experience, those who don't take no for an answer, beg, harass and try emotional blackmail.  I've had to cancel projects for this reason.

Not so many proposals - take a look: a simple project receives up to 100.  At that point, what an extra one or two can add to the game is debatable.  There are too many so called 'freelancers' on this site for the work generated. Clients do not wish to wade through poor calibre responses. It's time wasting.

I think this is the wrong post, sorry.

So you check one, two three proposals and the rest is all the same to you,,no, it's not. Maybe the qualified freelancer is in the last place.

Believe you me, I check all proposals sent to me.  Do you think I want to cancel projects and do the work myself? Sometimes I need high calibre freelancers, but I am not impressed by the quality or the attitude presented to me.  I'm not going to let my reputation suffer, am I?
