Cannot withdraw money and customer service is non-existent

    I am also having this exactly same issue and ongoing now for 3 weeks with no communication or attempt to resolve from PPH. Very frustrating

    Have they replied to any of your support tickets? I got a BS response to one support ticket saying 'sorry we lost your ticket due to a technical issue and can no longer respond'.

    I know it is BS as my old company used ZenDesk for our customer support and if a customer replies it automatically re-opens the ticket (which I did). They also replied within the ticket that was apparently lost.

    Hi everyone,

    I’m facing the same issue with my earnings being locked for over 20 days now. I haven’t any further updates aside from a message saying they were busy. My ID was verified, but I still can’t withdraw funds as it says ID not verified, even though platform states ID is approved. 

    I even paid extra for premium ID verification processing, but it hasn’t made a difference. I’m really starting to question the platform’s reliability—has anyone found a solution to this or managed to get their withdrawals processed?

    Any advice or similar experiences would be helpful!

    I have the exact same issue as you Omar.

    Still no response from People Per Hour. I have set up an account on Upwork now, as PPH cannot be trusted & I will not take any new work on PPH until I get my money.

    After 3 weeks, PPH informed me they 'lost my ticket' and asked me to submit a new one. I did, only for them to say the same thing and mark my issue as resolved. I've spent months working on multiple projects, and now PPH is holding my earnings with no clear path to resolution.

    I am having the same - cannot withdraw my money - saying docs verified and they are just not doing anything. I wonder if they are just trying to rob me and keep the money. If something doesn't happen soon to correct the problem I will report them to be investigated for fraud.

    I would try to contact them via Instagram. This worked for me.

    I had to verify my account again.

    I got my money eventually, but hard to trust them moving forward. The customer service is non existent for freelancers.

    Having same issue saying that "Select one of your approved withdrawal accounts" Whereas I have the verified payment account.
