Cannot withdraw money and customer service is non-existent
Anybody else having issues withdrawing money? I have already verified my account, but it says I need to verify when trying to withdraw money. If I click the link it takes me too a page that confirms my account has been verified.
Luckily I am not relying on the money to pay my bills and live from, but the lack of customer support is shocking from PPH. No response in 3 weeks now, so I have too post here.

Have they replied to any of your support tickets? I got a BS response to one support ticket saying 'sorry we lost your ticket due to a technical issue and can no longer respond'.
I know it is BS as my old company used ZenDesk for our customer support and if a customer replies it automatically re-opens the ticket (which I did). They also replied within the ticket that was apparently lost.

Hi everyone,
I’m facing the same issue with my earnings being locked for over 20 days now. I haven’t any further updates aside from a message saying they were busy. My ID was verified, but I still can’t withdraw funds as it says ID not verified, even though platform states ID is approved.
I even paid extra for premium ID verification processing, but it hasn’t made a difference. I’m really starting to question the platform’s reliability—has anyone found a solution to this or managed to get their withdrawals processed?
Any advice or similar experiences would be helpful!
