ID Verification for Freelancer (Seller)

Hello

I've recently signed up in PPH and I'm a freelancer (seller). I have two questions:

1. In PPH Payment Settings it says "We do not require any documents at this time". Can I withdraw my earning without ID verification?

2. I don't have a PayPal account. Can I use my friend's?
