New application issues.

Hello, 

Delighted to be a part of people per hour but I am having some issues. I received an email asking me to state my true location. My true location is as on my profile. I don't understand the request. 

I sent a message to the info email address and recieved a link to change my password, I was not allowed change my password. 

I added some info to my profile and now I am under review again and cannot apply for jobs... 

Please help?
