    Hi, I'm not sure we've ever spoken, and I don't have your money in escrow.

    Here's a screen grab of my escrow and as you can see there's nothing from you.

    Hello,

    The seller doesn't respond to my refund request. I have requested for refund on 4th of October, 2016 since he crossed many no of days post the deadline set. 

    As part of your policy it says, if the seller doesn't respond, I will get refund in 3 days.

    I Have been charged 8.04 x 3 for fees I wasn't aware of.
