I am still waiting for my work to be completed but she's hard to get a hold off, not responding to my emails..... empty promises.

I have ice missed my deadline because she promised she could do the job!!

How do i cancel the job and cancel the escrow money help.

  Thank you for your message.

  I'm very sorry to hear about this. If you want to cancel the Job and get your funds back from escrow, you need to raise "refund request" and the request can be found at the bottom of the workstream under “More” option.

  Once you raise the request, the seller will be notified to take action on it and upon his approval the funds will be released from escrow to your wallet then you can use them on the site to find another seller who can finish your Job.
