Why am I paying a refund fee - when the seller did not provide what I paid for? Please refund in FULL

Hi,

I bought an hourlie for approx £33 and within a couple of emails it became very clear the seller wanted to charge me a lot more for the work than the hourlie charge...

Obviously i refused and told him to refund etc - now I have received my refund but have been charged 10% by PPH??

Is this is joke? seems fraudulent to me? how on earth can you justify charging me 10% fee for being let down by one of your sellers???

I want my full refund - its not the amount that is the issue of course - but the principle... Think about it, a great way to make a fortune for literally doing nothing is create millions of fake jobs get people to buy them, then get them to cancel and charge them 10%?? lol honestly I think someone needs to look into this refund charge, seems a bit of a joke.

Please refund me my full amount ASAP
