Issue Regarding Proposal Limits for New Freelancers

Is anyone else facing this? 🤔 As a new freelancer on @peopleperhour, I was supposed to get 15 proposals per day, but I’m not seeing that many. Any idea what could be going wrong? 🧐 #freelance #PeoplePerHour #NewFreelancer

  15 a day!!  Where does it say that?  You sure that's not per month?
