Provide Real Location

Hi, 

I have been asked to provide my real location and I am unsure how I am supposed to do this.

  I've had the same request. Since I've already supplied my correct location, I'm not sure what is required further.

  I've also had this email despite providing my address.  I can't see where else this is to be added.  Did their support team get back to you at all?
