Bank verification email not sending

Hi, I've typed in my bank account information and uploaded a bank statement.

"One more step... you need to verify your account via the email we have just sent you. Resend email."

I didn't get any verification email, so I clicked "Resend email" several times, but I haven't got any.

Please look into this error.
