Customer-delayed Hourlie
Hi,
I sold my first 2-day Hourlie 17 days ago and I'm still waiting for the client to give me the content she wants in her ebook. I've read that delays beyond the promised delivery time mean that Certs are affected. Is this correct? If so, it's hardly fair if the delay is not my fault. I've reminded her a couple of times, but still don't have the information I need.

Hi Ann,
Many thanks for your message. You can just go ahead and request a refund from the buyer and state "didn't provide the information I needed to get started" as the reason which will stop any automatic negative feedback being added to your account.
