    Hi Ann,

    Many thanks for your message. You can just go ahead and request a refund from the buyer and state "didn't provide the information I needed to get started" as the reason which will stop any automatic negative feedback being added to your account.

    Thanks for your reply. I can't request a refund as I haven't paid anything - she's put the fee in escrow. If she goes ahead eventually and supplies the required information, will the late delivery of the ebook still cause problems with my Cert rating?
