Notifications - I'm not receiving any
A couple of years ago I used to receive alerts via email telling me when a client had contacted me, or had accepted a proposal. I no longer receive these alerts and have missed out on work as a result - even though I have the option ticked to receive all email notifications/marketing notifications etc. etc.
Is anyone else having this problem? I notice that this was an issue in posts 6 months ago, but wondered if it had been resolved and I'm doing something wrong.

Doesn't look like there's any customer service at all. They don't respond to this help forum anymore - and contacting by direct ticket seems to generate a copy and paste stock answer after 2 weeks 'We can't find it.'
I hate Upwork because the tax system is primarily geared toward US freelancers. PPH is full of scammers - see those with 0 reviews who post projects which lack detail or offer pot of gold money. It's hard going these days.
