Hourlie pending

I am not getting any update on my hourlie https://www.peopleperhour.com/hourlie/high-end-portrait-retouching/312907?ref=listings. It is neither getting approved nor rejected. What should i have to do. I have prepared this hourlie after lot of hardwork. Hope I hear from the team soon.
