I have a budget of £5 per hour for this particular job.

what is the LOWEST hourly rate allowed on PPH?

  There is no Lowest hourly rate / and no hourly jobs, all jobs are fixed price, so for £5 per hour job your just request deposit of the estimated work hours x £5
