I was requested a refund and it was paid without my authorization.

A customer asked me why I paid him 9 pounds for a refund that he never requested. And finally it ways paid to him without my authorization

It does not make sense becaue the customer said he did not request anything and and that "strange" request was paid to him.

Why ?

May be this is an inactive Workstream? escrow deposit will be automatically returned to the buyer.

He can send you 9 pounds back
