A sudden burst of 'spam-like' looking jobs

Hi there 

I've noticed recently that there seem to be quite a few job posts which appear to be spam but somehow find their way onto the 'jobs' platform (that said, these are usually later on moderated by PPH - which I'm sure we all appreciate). However, while I understand the bid credits for the freelancers are usually reimbursed, I was wondering if there was a more rigorous vetting process that could be applied on the part of PPH, to prevent these jobs from going live in the first place as it's pretty time wasting for all parties involved since some of these spam / fake jobs are not always easy to spot. 

Hope there's a solution possible?

  Could you please check this out as I think this is a scam because they get you to email them you cv then try to get you to start working for without putting monies in escrow and say pay you £60 a hour which is very unlikely for the nature of the job.
