stole bid credits

Hello,
Yesterday I had available over 25 bid proposal credits available, ant today I only have 15 available! This is outrageous: what you do with your proposal credits policy!!!
Today , 1st of November, first day of the month, I should have available over 40 credits (my old credits + the new monthly 15 credits).
I am kindly asking you to restore my stolen credits.
This is another action of yours that again, surprises me deeply... and I can say with each new action of yours like this one, pph seems to be a higher disappointment...

Anyone else had any kind of new bad experiences in the last 3 moths, with pph's policy???
