Thank you for your message.
I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Please note that the only reason why you are getting this message is because of the funds you have are in escrow which cannot be withdrawn. Only funds that are available in your PPH account can be withdrawn. You should be able though to request a deposit inside the workstream because this action only adds more funds to escrow.
