10% Refund Fee Hurts

Hi,

Recently, I cancelled a hourlie where the seller agreed to refund as well. The job was not completed in 5 months for some reasons and thus we had to cancel it mutually. But when the seller refunded, it cut 10% fee.

I believe when I paid via PayPal it took a fees already, now 10% from the paid amount hurts. As we agreed to cancel the job mutually and the refunded money I will be using again for another PPH hourlie, so I request to add that 10% refund fee to my account.
