Customer happy with work - not replying to invoice & requests to pay
I recently accepted a small job on 13th October.
The buyer placed the entire amount of the future invoice into escrow.
On the 18th October, I sent the client the work. After checking with her manager, she told me that they were both happy with the work on 23rd October and asked what the next step was.
On the 24th October, I asked if I could raise the invoice. On the 26th October, the client said "yes that perfect and thank you once again for all your help".
I raised the invoice on the 27th. I heard nothing back and sent a reminder email on the 31st. Again, nothing so I sent another reminder on the 2nd. And, again nothing - I sent one this morning, the 3rd.
I got on really well with the buyer. I think she is probably caught up with other things and is not intentionally ignoring me. However, I do want to be paid for the work.

Escrow funds for jobs are automatically released to your PPH wallet 14 days after an invoice is submitted. I hope this is clear.
