Payment not received
Hi PPH
Just a quick query, a payment seems to have gone amiss on my account, Invoice #1276289-6 - funds were requested for release on the 31st Oct and i still have not seen an email from you indicating the funds are on there way to my account, however also not showing as available in my PPH Account either, i can see the fee's have been deducted at your end for the use of PPH?
Please get back to me ASAP, never had any problems before in all the years of working with you :)

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We have been receiving an unexpectedly high amount of requests from our users. The processing is taking longer than usual because of an increase in transactions we're having to process. I have forwarded your withdrawal request to our payments team and hopefully your withdrawal may approve as soon as possible.
