Withdraw funds to PayPal

Hi there,

I want to withdraw funds into PayPal but I am not being given the option.  I added my Bank Account details too which are pending and I'm being prompted to sign up to Payoneer but I don't want to sign up with them!  Why can I not withdraw funds into PayPal as I have done previously?  Please let me know ASAP.

  Hi Support Desk Team:  I am looking to withdraw my funds $240.00 into PayPal, but there is no option button to submit or send.  See attached screenshot. Could someone please call me or email me to get this resolved asap?  Thank you.
