Two times fee deducted

Hi,

I received from my buyer total $850. After PPH fee deduction, We got total $789.77 in my pph account. But when I withdraw it to my bank account Just I got below email,

We are happy to let you know that your withdrawal request was processed and the amount of $753.78 was sent to your Bank.

Keep in mind that it will take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your bank account depending on your bank's processing times.

Please let me know what is the fee of PPH on $850? It's totally deducted $96.22 How? Please explain.

  I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

  I have checked your account and found that you have withdrawn funds $789.77 from your wallet on 26 Oct, and withdrawal has been rejected due invalid bank details, hence you have been charged a withdrawal reversal fee of $3. Again you have have requested for withdrawal on 31 Oct, it has been rejected for the same reason. You may check in your transactions page.

  Also the remaining $29.99 is the international transaction fee charged for the transaction.

  $789.77 - $6 (withdrawal reversal fee for two times) = $783.77 - 29.99 (internation bank transfer fee) = $753.78

  Please note that if your bank transfer gets reversed due to incorrect banking information, wrong bank account type or foreign currency bank account settings limitation, you will be charged a reversal fee of £2 | €3 | $3 as well as the currency exchange difference (if applicable).
