the payment gateway gets accepted and i get redirected to the'accept proposal page again.

i have tried all my cards.  called the bank. i enter the payment info correctly, get redirected to the issuer page, enter my pin, and then get directed to the accept proposal page again.  assuming it hasnt gone through. please help me.  work required is urgent
