inquiry about verifying account

Hello, I registered my account and uploaded my bank statement, but it's still not verified.

My bank statement doesn't show sort code(BIC), so is it a reason for pending?

From the bank, I can only receive bank statement that shows my name and account number and IBAN number.

In this case, how can I do for verify my account?
