Negative Review Because a customer accepted by mistake!

Dear PPH,

 

Please remove our recent automatic negative review which incurred for refunding a job. The job was refunded because the customer accepted by mistake. It was no fault of our own and we were very accommodating.

 

We pride ourselves on our high PPH rating so please kindly remove this negative review.
