Refund charges are unfair
Hi
i gave a job to an agent with top certification and he failed to deliver on the job.
He was perfectly nice and apologetic fair enough.
However I was shocked that PPH takes a 10% cut from the £120 fee we agreed.
Not only did I lose 3 weeks in the process of being patient witht he agent, but I also been charge unreasonably high charges for the refund. I was not at fault at all and it still cost me £12.
Airlines had to back down on their credit card charges after a few years or pressure, maybe this is what PPH needs?
Having looked at the community I am not the only one having a gripe with this.
