I got the invoice but it says to pay or reject. there's no 'accept' option.

The invoice sent from the freelancer has an option to pay or reject only. But the 'pay' function warns me it has to be made only the work is completed. The work hasn't been completed yet, it has to be a prepayment only. Is it OK?

  Only pay when the full job has been completed. Why has an invoice been raised so far?

  .... and also, discuss with the freelancer - if the work hasn't been completed why are they sending the invoice?

  A pre-payment would have been made when you accepted the initial proposal, ie, money in the Escrow system.
