  Hi Gareth,

  Many thanks for your message.

  Have you raised an invoice and were 100% of the funds in escrow? If so, the invoice should be automatically paid by our system in 7 days if it's an Hourlie or 14 days if it's a job.

  Hi have the same issue as the client hasn't release the fund.
  Is been a long time since we have sent the last revisions and we still haven't received a response.

  From my site I have completed the job.

  I would like the escrow amount to be released as is unfair.

  Let me know thanks.
