Refund pending

Hello,

I'm new to this site, and posted a job in regards to finding a designer, I couldn't get the desired designer before posting the job although picked one through this site, however the desired one came back so I cancelled the job and informed the person about this who was ok with it.

I've paid the 10% refund fee which I seemed was fair due to the messing around on my part. However the remainder 90% of the money has just sat pending for a good couple of days now.

I need this money to pay the other designer! When can I get this back?
