I requested a refund from Tayyiba B.  The system to request a refund has a reason for refund area.  I selected the reason "I awarded the job by mistake":. However, Tayyiba had sent me a proposal a month ago that I just accepted today because I got an email from pph saying that my time had expired, so I quickly accepted the proposal I received from Tayyiba.  However, we had a misunderstanding about the job I wanted done and the services that she thought she was to provide.  Consequent, I am requesting the entire amount that I paid and that I not be deducted 10% or whatever came up when I input the refund request.  Regards....Elaine Chadney
