Defamatory & unjustified feedback
I have an issue with one clients feedback and feel that it is defamatory, holey unjustified and damaging. My previous feedback with other clients has all be positive and an endorsement of my services. I have raised this with PPH support and received a brush off. Why is there no system that enables a freelance to question what the client has written and potentially have it removed, we are the ones that are paying PPH after all. In the "outside world" comments that are considered libelous can be challenged and the person making them would have to justify or retract.
I cant be the only one that is suffering in this way.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. I can understand completely how frustrating it is to receive a negative rating from a client, but I have gone over your workstream and I am afraid that it is not possible to remove it.
Please note that we cannot change or remove a feedback without the approval of the person that left it, if it is not in violation of our T&Cs. This feedback although it is negative, nevertheless it is the opinion of a buyer for a job you did and apparently it didn't go as planned.
I apologise as I understand your point of view, but it will be a violation of our own T&Cs for us to remove the rating and feedback from your WorkStream without having a clear violation of our T&Cs.
You can, however, reply to the feedback which posts as a public response on your profile.
