My application was not accepted

How do I activate my profile as a seller? Continue to leave this screen:

"A few changes needed to start selling!
After a close review of your application we've determined to accept That to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the Following Action: Provide a genuine profile picture. "

If I click the button "Re-Submit Application" nothing happens.

I hope it is resolved soon, I would not give a negative review to the website.

  Hi Kelly. I am also having the same problem, could you please let me know what I can do to get my profile accepted.

  Your application at PeoplePerHour was not accepted Hy kelly .  My account not accepted . im complete my profile but PPH team send me re-submission email for change my complete name and address but im update our name and address.  my account is not accepted  please tell my what i can do for my profile accepted. thanks
