Hourly - Rejection

Hi

 

I have had an hourly post rejected several times. I used their advice and followed the template of another accepted hourly but it has still been rejected ....how can they accept one hourly and not another when its the same format ?

  unable to post hourly after completing the profile after few min i get mail  saying that your hourly did not our moderation view. what is the solution for it
