Cheating Some Sellers

Hi , I have seen some sellers they are not qualified at that task and send proposal so many to take job, they are cheated most of them from ASIA ( INDIA - PAKESTAN - ... )

they send proposal to many customers and they pretend they have skill about that subject or job but they are not after that they make exactly the topic to others to find someone to do that task, they make comission with this method easily!

This is NOT Fair to those people have skills !!!
