Money is still in Escrow After Invoice Rasied & Project delivered & invoice accepted by Buyer

My Buyer uploaded All Project amount into their Escrow and than upon completion of project job ,I raised an Invoice and than my buyer completed the project and i got a message

Project delivered as promised. Thanks Zeeshan! on Nov 1 (Around 12 Hours ago)

and

These funds will shortly be deposited in your PPH Account. Typically this happens within hours but on very rare occasions this can take up to 3 working days.

i can see money in Escrow but i haven't received anything in my account yet,

I have also provided all details to verify my payment methods and those are still pending ,,,

Please check why it is taking this much long and how to resolve this issue
