New Application - Record from Phone not Uploaded

Hi,

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for these videos to be acknowledged on your application?

I recorded a video on my phone at around 17.55 today and it seemed to upload this successfully. But when I come back to my application (at 18:20), there is no record of this video being recorded. 

I'm not sure if this is normal and I just have to wait, or if I should try the process again.

Any help would be appreciated.
