Want to know how I can cancel an order

Hi  I have awarded a project on November 2, 2016 and have deposited the entire amount of $500 in escrow. But I feel the writer is not comfortable with the work and has not understood the requirement completely.

How do I go about cancelling the job now?

  But what if the job did not even start yet, but have already deducted money from my PayPal?  what do I do?
