I put out a project and received proposals and then accepted the proposal that sounded best paid my money into escrow and waited for the project to be completed. Your freelancer came back after 3 weeks said its beyond me and refunded the escrow AND YOU TOOK A REFUND CUT ARE YOU FOR REAL!!!!!!!!!

Give me my money back or so help me I will see you in court and report you to trading standards as running some sort or corrupt enterprise.  you have 72 hours
