refund deduction?

I recently had a job refunded.

In this case the freelancer wanted all the money paying from the escrow before starting, which I did not accept. We have mutually cancelled the job. My mony has been refunded.

PPH has taken £30 from my escrow as part of its terms and conditions. Forgive me but in this case in particular you have done nothing to earn that money and i feel i should be fully refunded.

I'm only just coming back to using your site, and so far have been let down by a freelancer, not started the job i had in mind and paid £30 for the priveledge. This is a pretty easy way to drive me away for good. Forgive the ego but i've spent thousands of pounds on here over the years and earnt that too...I don't expect to pay £30 for nothing.
