    I am having the same issue. The answer I type in IS the correct one, but somehow it is no longer the answer. Something fishy is going on. The support system on this site is really lacking. Been waiting several days for a response to my tickets. Just crickets. Changing things within our own profiles should not require security clearance.

    I'm having the same issue. And I know that my answer is correct I need to have access to my transaction history
