Assistance Required: Payment Not Received
Dear PeoplePerHour Support Team,
I am following up on my previous email regarding the payment issue I raised. I submitted a withdrawal request of $25.27 USD on 11th November 2024, and received confirmation on 12th November 2024 that my funds were on their way to my bank. However, as of 14th November 2024, I have still not received the payment, and I have not received any follow-up support or response to my initial inquiry.
This lack of response is concerning, as I typically receive my funds within 12–24 hours after receiving the payment confirmation email, and I have not even received a notification from Wise about the transfer.
Could you please provide an immediate update on this matter and assist with resolving the payment delay? Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Muhammad, I am having the same issue with a payment a client made on 3rd September, which I've still not received. I've contacted the Helpdesk three times, and still haven't had a response. I will not be doing any more work for this freelancer site until I am paid for what I've done : (
