Found difficulity to post an offer

I found it difficult to post an offer . I tried 6 to 7 times to post but every time it shows an error in "Provide a description for optimization " section and I saw that many community members also face this issue can you please check it . Because I also tried to make it in between 120 to 150 words but nothing works
