No mails from the website or app

I do not get any emails, when I get messages on PpH - neither my clients do, I also lost one big client, because there were no notifiation.
Also within the App, I do not get any notification for any communication.
Is it a bug, will there be any solution?

I don't think it's a bug. I think they just switched off notifications. I've lost work due to not seeing a message, and clients don't answer questions because they don't know they're there. It's one big shit show. The only message which seems to get through is "You have an Invoice."
The app is slightly better in that there'll be a blue tick if you have a message, but it's slow and far from perfect. PPH have not been on this help site for weeks, maybe months, to answer people's queries either. It's like they don't care. Most odd really.
