I paid a deposit for a Freelander to do my work for me, I explained from the start I can only pay the balance once the work is completed and I have the funds available in my new bank account then I can pay the balance from there I'm not happy I can't get access to my funds or my new bank account so I can't pay the freelancer this is ridiculous now.
