Hello, I am having the same issue with a job completed and paid for on 3rd September, I got a 5 star review from my client but People per Hour haven't processed the payment, I've raised 4 Helpdesk tickets as they kept timing out without a response, then raised a dispute in the workstream and still haven't had a response from PPH. Are they in trouble and not passing on payments to freelancers?

They are certainly up to something. I notice on Companies House several director resignations and company now run by some dodgy looking greek. I'm more or less resigned to losing the money they owe me and that they have stolen it. I suspect they will declare bankruptcy soon and creditors (us) will have to apply for refund of maybe 5p in the pound. Anyway I'm not using them anymore and have gone to freelancer, upwork and fiverr.

The most recent of those resignations was 2015 - so nine years ago, and Xenios has always managed the company.  Nothing new.

I'll be withdrawing a sizeable amount on Monday now it is all cleared.  Will let you know if there's any issue.

Good to hear that, Adam.  I've had the same experience right up to just before the holiday - but wondered if anything new was afoot being that the PPH presence on this site has totally disappeared!

I am experiencing the same issue. My withdrawal request has been canceled three times, and they are not responding to any of my support tickets. I’m just wondering what’s going on.

I think they just want to keep and steal the money. I've lost count of the number of times they sat they cannot access a ticket and to create a new one. Then they say can't access it again then loop around again. I don't use the site anymore bunch of morons. I think the company is in trouble anyway.

I was paid yesterday,  hours after submitting a request, and it's in my bank less than 24 hours after asking.

Lucky you - I am still waiting for a payment to be processed from September (and I won't be doing any more for this freelancer platform until I am paid). It would usually take them 2 - 3 weeks to process a payment request. I've helpdesked the problem 5 x, also raised it as a dispute in the workstream with my very supportive client. No response from PPH support. Support tickets keep timing out, then I am told to submit a new ticket for the same issue. If any PPH shillings are monitoring the chat, please help? Otherwise, I will be writing this unprocessed payment for 3 working days off as a loss on my tax return, with PPH details. Thanks.

This has been happening to me too and I am probably going to do the same. They have been paid by the client and just keeping the money. Its Theft and Fraud not just to me but the clients too. I'm not using this site anymore they are just a bunch of thieves and fraudsters. The company should be closed down though I think it is trouble anyway.

I too think they are stealing money from designers. Their support is non-existent, or they only ask the same question over and over. Do they even read the tickets? This is the WORST designer experience I have ever had.
