Where can I find the Balance in My Account

On 02/03/21 I deposited £330.60 into my User Account in respect of a project I had posted and accepted a bid.  You took your £30.60 fee and £300 was placed in escrow for the project. 

Unfortunately the project did not progress and on 22/04/22 you transferred the £300 from escrow and credited to my User Account.  This is clearly documented on the Transactions page for my User Account.

On 15/10/23 £64 was transferred out of my User Account into escrow with a further £16 transferred to escrow on  24/11/23 and the total now in escrow of £80 was transferred that same day to the worker in respect of another project that was successfully concluded.  This left a balance of £220 in my User Account. 

However if I open the My Money or Statements pages the balace of my User Account is shown as £0!  What have you done with my £220 the account was in credit?

  PPH isn't a bank.  If you don't withdraw money within a certain time (I'm not sure how long) they take it.  Issue a ticket - or email them. They'll confirm this.  (It sucks.  It's theft).

  I think they are now stealing my money (£133.00) as I can't withdraw it and have raised numerous tickets then they say they can't access the ticket have a backlog then issue a new ticket. You are right it is theft. Its 3 months now so I think they are stealing my money - disgusting people.

  £200 gone - gone.

  Tried to withdraw it and they said I was answering the question incorrectly.

  Went in to order another service instead and no sign of my money.

  Surely they cant just steal money.

  Yep I've resigned myself to accepting that they have stolen my money. No way of contacting them either, they should be closed down for fraudulent activity. They are taking so many peoples money that it should be referred to the police for investigation. I don't use them anymore I use Freelancer, Upwork and Fiverr instead.
